Modalities

Natural Healing Energy is present in all Therapeutic Touch Sessions. At times, you may experience “the heat” emanating from my hands. It is a natural occurrence.

The energy modalities of Reflexology, Reiki, IET, Polarity, and Shiatsu provide opportunities to unblock “stuck” energy from the Chakras and the 12 Meridians of the body.  All incorporate ancient, non-evasive healing therapy utilizing gentle laying on of hands.  For your comfort, you may stay fully clothed, with the exception of your feet.

 
Massage Gel/Lotion

Massage Gel/Lotion may be used for your face, neck, hands, and/or feet. 

Chair or Table

Sessions will be conducted either using a massage chair or table.
